In 1972, Philippe Loncke takes over the family woodcraft workshop, then built a new workshop in the students street and moves there in 1974.

In 1984, the workshop is too small to bear the growth and the diversification of crafts. The workshop becomes the storeroom of the Abita shop and a new workshop of 2100 m² is installed in an old textile factory in the Brewers street. Offices are set up and also a reception for clients.

A laquering place is opened in 1985. Le machine park grows with the years: several new machines, a central aspiration for woodchips and et particularly the purchase of numerical controlled machine in 2001.
